Enhancing usually takes just a few minutes per photo. If your project has been stuck in this state for more than 2 hours, don't worry — nothing is lost, and you won't be charged twice for it.
Here's what to do:
Check your connection. Make sure your phone or the app has a stable internet connection — processing needs to upload and sync your photos.
Try closing and reopening the app. Sometimes this is enough to refresh the project status.
Still stuck? Tap the three-dot icon on the project (or reach out to our support team) and let us know. Our team will check what's going on and make sure your project gets finished — or your credits get refunded.
